Both, Trance Dance and Breathwork utilize the remarkable healing and transformative potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness. These states engender a rich array of experiences with unique healing potential – relieving troublesome childhood memories, infancy, birth and prenatal life, and elements from the historical and archetypal realms of the collective unconscious.

Trance Dance

An Adventure of Self-Discovery, close your eyes and allow your body to move in what ever way feels right. Allow what ever wants to emerge and trust the creative flow of your inner process. We will dance for one hour and share our experiences afterwards with the group (you don’t have to share your experience).

Holotropic Breathwork

The upcoming Breathwork workshops will be in our usual one-day format. For those who have not worked with us before, there will be an orientation to the theory of Holotropic Breathwork on Sunday morning, 9:15 am.

There will be a lunch break where you can either have lunch at the near by ‘Good Foods’ – an organic cafeteria – or you can bring your own lunch snack with you.
